    Abstract: Mondrian serve as the case study for verification in this study. Based on the color encoding principle of DIC, the color codes have been applied to the modular development of color products. There are four product series established from the results of the case study and the capability of solving factors of common color schemes and individual color schemes between their color series. This approach can increase the variety of color schemes, reduce the time spent on the selection of a certain amount of color schemes and the management of color developments, and effectively enhance the modularization of product colors.
