    Abstract: 本研究之目的旨在探討勞工之工作壓力對工作滿意度之影響,研究範圍以某機械公司為研究對象。研究方法方面,採用問卷調查法作為衡量的工具,研究變項共分為三個部分,包含受測者之基本資料、工作壓力及工作滿意度等構面,其中以t檢定和變異數分析(ANOVA)以檢定勞工在不同的基本背景之下,工作壓力和工作滿意度是否有顯著差異,並且以迴歸分析驗證工作壓力對工作滿意度的影響。研究結果顯示,勞工的工作壓力以及工作滿意度,會因為勞工的背景不同而有所不同。而工作壓力與工作滿意度之間具有顯著的負向影響。此結果顯示,當勞工的工作壓力越高,則對於工作滿意的程度越低。
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of labor stress on job satisfaction. The scope of research is based on a mechanical company. In terms of research methods, the questionnaire survey method is used as a tool for measurement. The research variables are divided into three parts, including the basic data of the subjects, work pressure and job satisfaction, including t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) to verify whether workers have significant differences in work stress and job satisfaction under different basic backgrounds, and using regression analysis to verify the impact of work stress on job satisfaction. The empirical results show that labor stress and job satisfaction will vary depending on the background of the worker. There is a significant negative impact between work stress and job satisfaction. This result shows that the higher the work pressure of the workers, the lower the satisfaction with the job.
