    Abstract: 面對市場高度競爭的環境,除了企業自身保有的技術與設備外,培育人才亦顯重要,企業為持續維持競爭優勢,致力於提升組織整體對於知識傳遞的活耀度,盼經由企業文化與獎勵制度,鼓勵員工分享個人經驗與知識,轉化為團隊知識,最終變為組織知識,並可持續複製、傳遞、添增、創新,成為企業的競爭力來源,因此,強化與提升這些知識工作者成為企業首要任務。本研究目的旨在探討製藥廠知識管理對員工工作績效之相關性研究。研究顯示,不同年齡在知識管理整體構面達顯著差異,本研究推論年輕族群能主動向經驗豐富的員工學習,對於資訊應用能力較佳,善用電腦資源或資料庫取得新知,且善於分享各自的工作經驗。知識應用與工作績效正向相關性最高,本研究推論個案公司之員工,能充分將所吸收的知識或過往經驗,充分運用在自己的工作職務上,最能提升其工作績效。知識管理之知識應用、知識分享、知識創新上均呈顯著關係,本研究推論個案公司之員工,能充分結合理論與實務知識與過往經驗,運用在自身的工作職務中,並且可協助同仁處理工作問題,降低與同仁間因工作難題造成衝突。
    In the highly competitive environment of the market, in addition to the technology and equipment that the company maintains, it is also important to nurture talents. In order to maintain its competitive advantage, the company is committed to improving the overall enthusiasm of the organization for knowledge transfer, and looks forward to corporate culture and rewards. The system encourages employees to share their personal experience and knowledge, translates into team knowledge, eventually becomes organizational knowledge, and can replicate, transmit, add, and innovate continuously, becoming a source of competitiveness for the company. Therefore, strengthening and upgrading these knowledge workers becomes the company's top priority. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relevance of knowledge management in pharmaceutical factories to the work performance of employees. Studies show that there are significant differences in the overall knowledge of knowledge management across different ages. This study deduces that young people can actively learn from experienced employees, have better information application capabilities, make good use of computer resources or databases, and be good at sharing their own Working experience. The positive correlation between knowledge application and job performance is the highest. This research deduces that the employees of the case company can fully utilize the absorbed knowledge or past experience in their job duties and can best improve their job performance. There is a significant relationship between knowledge application, knowledge sharing, and knowledge innovation in knowledge management. This research infers that the case company employees can fully integrate theoretical and practical knowledge and past experience, apply it to their own job titles, and assist colleagues in their work. Problems, reducing conflicts with colleagues due to work problems.
