This study uses the questionnaire survey method to verify the impact of organizational members' job involvement on job satisfaction. From the perspective of work-life balance theory, this study assumes that job involvement has a significant negative impact on job satisfaction. Through regression analysis, the results show that the educational level of organizational members has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, while the work input of organizational members has a significant negative impact on job satisfaction, indicating that the higher the level of work commitment of the members of the organization, the lower the level of job satisfaction. When employees are over-invested in work, the members of the organization are disgusted with the work, and the employees have a negative attitude toward the work, so the degree of job satisfaction is reduced.
