本研究目的於以外商公司員工,探討其人格的特質、組織領導的型態,以及經營的績效之關聯性,即分析外商公司員工人格的特質對於經營績效的影響,以及分析領導的型態對經營績效的影響。根據問卷回收進行數據統計分析後可發現,外商公司員工背景對於人格特質、領導型態以及經營績效有部分的差異性。在人格特質對經營績效的影響方面,人格特質與經營績效有部分顯著的正向相關性,由研究結果發現外商公司員工整體人格的特質之「開放性」、「嚴謹性」、「外向性」以及「宜人性」,對於經營績效都有顯著的正向相關性。在員工領導型態對經營績效的影響方面,外商公司員工整體領導型態之「關懷」以及「規範」,對於經營績效都有顯著的正向相關性。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between personality, leadership patterns and business performance among employees of foreign companies, which will analyze the impact of foreign company employee’s personality on business performance, and analyze the impact of leadership patterns on business performance. In terms of the impact of personality on business performance, the “openness”, “rigority”, “extroversion” and “appointability” of personality traits have a significant positive impact on business performance. In terms of the impact of leadership patterns on business performance, the “care” and “normative” of the overall leadership patterns of foreign company employees have a significant positive correlation with business performance.
