本研究藉由訪談專業工程顧問公司資深人員,瞭解工程顧問公司現況,藉以了解優良的工程顧問公司針對各項工程案件如何進行分析,在分析之後又如何針對問題對進行改善作業,以發揮工程顧問公司最大效益,並了解其成功關鍵因素,作為產業界執行案件參考。
本研究方法以SWOT分析進行,並藉由深度訪談公司高階主管,分析公司內外部之優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅等因素,針對組織內部所擁有的資源與所面臨的外在環境,做一全面性的檢視。研究結論指出:一、統包制度是世界的趨勢,將帶給大型工程顧問公司承攬更廣泛工程業務的機會,統包市場的進入障礙較傳統方式為高,使營建業市場會有集中化的傾向,具規模或原本績效良好之廠商,其競爭優勢將會更為明顯;二、統包工程係團隊的工作,欲達成統包預期的效益與功能,有賴於業主、專案營建管理及統包商三者通力的合作,各盡其責,才能成功。
In this study, the senior staff of professional engineering consultants were interviewed to understand the current situation of the engineering consulting company, so as to understand how these excellent engineering consulting companies have analyzed their cases in order to improve the operation process, to bring out the company's maximum benefits, and to understand the key factors of its success.
SWOT analysis was used through in-depth interview with the company's senior executives to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Internal resources of the company and external environment faced by the organization were comprehensively addressed. The results have shown that: 1) the turnkey system is a trend in the world, which will bring large engineering consulting companies the opportunity to undertake a wider range of engineering business. The barriers to entry in the turnkey market are higher than in the traditional way, which makes the construction industry markets become centralized. A manufacturer with a good business scale or with a good original performance would have a greater competitive advantage. 2) The turnkey project is a team work system. To achieve the expected benefits and functions and to be success in the industry, the cooperation of the three parties of the business, including the owner, project construction management and the turnkey companies, is needed.
