    Title: 情緒管理、人際關係與智慧型手機成癮之研究

    Abstract: 現今的科技時代,電腦或智慧型手機上網似乎已是日常生活中的一部份,而取得容易的特性也造就了更多的低頭族,而青少年智慧型手機使用更趨頻繁,埋首網路社群的人事物而忽略現實生活中實際人際溝通、相處問題,隱然成為潛在的問題。本研究旨在探討情緒管理、人際關係與智慧型手機成癮之相關研究,採取問卷調查方式。茲將本研究目的如下:
    1.個人背景變項與智慧型手機成癮之關係。
    2.探討情緒管理與智慧型手機成癮之關係。
    3.探討人際關係與智慧型手機成癮之關係。
    研究結論:本研究結果個人背景變項中,其中學業成就表現與智慧型手機成癮,達顯著水準;性別、年級及家長態度與智慧型手機成癮關係呈不顯著。故假設一,僅學業成就此項成立;情緒管理與智慧型手機成癮呈現顯著正相關,亦即情緒管理能力越佳者,智慧型手機成癮度越高;研究對象真實人際關係與智慧型手機成癮呈負相關,真實人際關係越好,智慧型手機成癮機會越低;網路人際關係與智慧型手機成癮呈顯著正相關,網路關係越好,智慧型手機成癮機會越高。故假設人際關係與智慧型手機成癮成立。根據研究結果,建議家長及學校師長要與孩子討論智慧型手機使用時間,並規劃多一些戶外活動,設計有趣之校外課程以減低孩子使用時間,以降低成癮機會。
    The Nowadays, with the development of modern technology, using computers or surfing the Smart phone through smart phones almost becomes an important part of our daily life. The simplicity of connecting to the Net makes more people become“Phubber”.With the increasing frequency of using smart phones, teenagers immerse themselves in online community and ignore their interpersonal relationships or communication in the real life. This phenomenon turns out to be a potential problem soon.
    The purpose of this study is to explore the Smart phone use of Hsin Tien Senior High School students, motivation to use the Smart phone, interpersonal relationships and Smart phone addiction. Relevant literatures or essays of this topic are rare, especially in New Taipei City. So we take this topic as the title of this research.
    This study adopts the online questionnaire method, based on Chen Shuhui's Smart phone addiction questionnaire. With the method of the statistical analysis, the conclusions drawn in this study were summarized as follows:
    1.The correlation between personal background variables and the addiction of smart phones.
    2.The correlation between the management of emotion and the addiction of smart phones.
    3.The correlation between the interpersonal relationship and the addiction of smart phones.
    Summary of conclusions:
    Among the personal background variables of this study, the academic achievement and the smart phones addiction were significant. But the correlation between gender, grades or the attitudes of parents and the smart phones addiction were not significant. So in the hypothesis 1, only the varicable of academic achievement were proved. The emotional management and the smart phones addiction were significant. Hence, the one who can deal with their own emotions well will be highly addicted to smart phones. The real interpersonal relationship was negative related to smart phones addiction. The one who has better relationship to others may have lower demand of smart phones. However, the relationships on the Smart phone community was positive related to smart phones addiction. The better relationships on the Smart phone community will cause the more addiction to the smart phones. Therefore, the correlation between the interpersonal relationships and the smart phones is highly connected. According to the research, it will sugget that parents and teachers should discuss with children about the timing of usage of smart phones. And the school should plan more outdoor activities and design more interesting curriculum in order to decrease the usage of smart phones and to lower the oppitunity of the addiction of smart phones.
