本研究探討投資控股公司之投資策略與關鍵成功因素，透過個案研究法，以國內五家知名之投資控股公司為研究對象，綜合探討各投資控股公司事業及管理概況，試圖藉由比較中找出投資控股公司之關鍵成功因素，本研究分別採用環境、組織架構、策略模式、經營績效四大構面指標來進行分析比較，經由分析比較後得到一般性的結果，進而提出投資控股公司評估關鍵因素之建議，以及對後續研究之建議，以作為未來研究之參考。
This study explores the investment strategy and key success factors of investment holding companies. Through the case study method, the five domestic well-known investment holding companies are studied, and the business and management profiles of each investment holding company are comprehensively explored to try to identify key success factors. This study uses the environment, organizational structure, strategy model, and business performance to analyze the four facet indicators. After analysis, the general results are obtained, and then the investment holding company is proposed to evaluate the key factors.
