本研究旨在探討高職機械科「車床實習」課程實施創造思考教學之研究,以利後續養成學生創造思考能力和改善教學方法。本研究首先進行相關文獻資料探討,並設計「車床實習」創造思考教學活動設計單為實驗教學教案。本研究採「準實驗設計」以106學年度台中市國立東勢高工在實習課程中修習「車床實習」課程東勢高工機械科二年級學生為研究對象,人數為34人分為實驗組和控制組進行期八週的實驗教學。實驗教學前先用「湯誌龍高工學生機械專業創力測驗」量表進行創造思考能力前測,教學後則實施後測及學生學習反應意見問卷。經實際觀察及統計分析,得以下結論:
一、經創造思考教學活動後「湯誌龍高工學生機械專業創造力測驗」中機械流暢力、機械實用性、機械變通力有顯著提升,機械獨創力未達顯著。
二、學生對「車床實習」課程實施創造思考教學多持正面態度。
三、由資料分析結果顯示,本模式有助於增進學生創造思考能力的表現。最後,針對未來研究提出建議,以作為後續研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the teaching effect of "Lathe Works Practical Course" with creative thinking teaching strategy for the department of machinery in vocational high school in order to cultivate the students’ creativity and improve the teaching technique. After literature reviewing, a teaching model of Lathe Works Practical Course with creative thinking teaching strategy was designed. Quasi-experimental design was applied and the subjects of the experimental teaching, including 17 in the experimental group and 17 in the control group, were the sophomore in Dong-shyh Vocational High School within eight weeks The instruments included Mechanical Professional Creativity Test by Tang, Zhi-Long, and Feedback Questionnaire. The collected data consisted pretest, posttest, and questionnaire. After practical observing and statistics analyzing, the conclusions were:
1. Being taught under the creative thinking strategy, the experimental group was superior to the control one in terms of mechanical fluency, mechanical practicality and mechanical flexibility. There was no distinct impact on either experimental or control group in terms of mechanical ingenuity.
2. According to the feedback in the questionnaire, the students had the positive attitudes to the Lathe Works Practical Course with creative thinking teaching strategy.
3.The data analysis showed that there was significant improvement on students’ creative abilities. Lastly, based on the results of this study, suggestions of Lathe Works Practical Course with creative thinking teaching strategy and for future studies were provided.
