南投縣信義鄉神木村，一再受到天災威脅，其中最嚴重的就是莫拉克颱風，造成有100多戶居民被迫遷移他鄉居住，而後，106年6月初的一場豪大雨，竟然又造成2鄰位於隆華橋頭的10棟建築物，遭到無情大水沖毀；未來天災勢必持續降臨，目前仍然居住在神木村的居民，要如何避免類似的天災來危害，將會是一大課題。
信義鄉神木村，自莫拉克颱風過後，不僅村民對於防災觀念有提升，同時各級政府對於事前的預防工作，更是積極要求落實，讓村民可以減少因為天災而帶來人員的傷害。
本研究以紀錄片的方式來呈現，透過訪談的方式，可以讓更多人來認識天災，為未來的氣候變遷做好準備。
Sinyi Township since the Typhoon Morakot , not only villagers have improved their sense of disaster prevention, but all levels of government have actively urged them to implement the prevention measures in advance so that villagers can reduce the harm caused by natural disasters.
The present study is presented in the form of a documentary. By means of interviews, more people can understand natural disasters and prepare for future climate change.
