本研究以中部地區某教育機關軍訓教官為研究對象,探討其個人心理壓力、組織壓力及社會性壓力的來源有哪些?其壓力症狀為何?以及其進行壓力管理策略的方式有哪些?本研究採半結構式訪談,以立意取樣方式選取了10位以中部地區某教育機關軍訓教官進行訪談,形成訪談紀錄,並透過開放登錄、主軸登錄及選擇登錄等三階段的編碼過程,歸納出中部地區某教育機關軍訓教官主要的壓力來源共有13項,其中,個人層面壓力來源共有 2項;組織層面壓力來源共有6項,其中屬於「組織內」的壓力來源有4 項,屬於「組織外」的壓力來源則有2項;社會層面壓力來源則共有 5項。面對上述各種壓力來源,本研究歸納這些軍訓教官所採取的壓力管理策略共有 13項,其中最常採用的壓力管理方式則為社會層面的壓力管理策略,占了13項中的 6項;由本研究的結果可以看得出來,中部地區某教育機關軍訓教官來源以組織層面壓力佔較多數,但在壓力管理策略部分則以社會層面的壓力管理策略為主,因此,顯示出在組織壓力管理策略方面尚有可以改進的空間。
The present study aims to investigate the sources of individual psychological stress, organizational stress and social stress of the military training officers working at government education organization in the central area of Taiwan. The methods to the diagnosis of stress and the strategies to the management of stress are also discussed in this research. The semi-structured interview was utilized to collect the data in this research. Ten participants are selected by purposive sampling method.
Through the three phases of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, thirteen factors of the sources of stress were discovered. Among which, two factors belong to individual level; six factors belong to the organizational level, four were inside the organization and two were outside the organization; five factors belong to the social level.
The present study also summed up thirteen strategies that the military training officers used to deal with the thirteen sources of stress, discovered in this research. The most approach that was adopted by the participants was the social level management strategy.
The results show that the source of stress of the military training officers working at government education organization in the central area of Taiwan mainly came from organizational level. However, the major approach to stress management strategy that the participants used to cope with the stress is social level management strategy.
According to the results, it indicated that the strategy of organizational stress management needs more improvement.
