    Title: 染色布交期延誤之研究 -以捷弘國際貿易有限公司為例

    Abstract: 國際紡織市場競爭激烈,紡織產業是一個生產多樣紗線,面料以及成品的龐大生產體系。如何提升企業自身的競爭實力與核心競爭力,保持企業的市場佔有率是每個企業都在認真研究的課題。在整個紡織生產過程中,需要注意的細節與流程很多,交期延誤的問題卻時常發生。本研究以捷弘國際貿易有限公司為例,通過分析瞭解目前紡織產業大環境以及影響企業競爭力的染色布交期延誤問題。本研究運用Porter五力分析與生產&染整總流程架構進行交期延誤的理論與論點以及管理原理與技巧運用文獻探討。然後針對於交期延誤的根本原因與解決生產過程中的延誤問題為主要架構通過訪談相關當事人,從而協助解決染色布交期延誤問題。最後通過全方面分析捷弘國際貿易有限公司現狀以及研究結果,找出導致染色布交期延誤的根本原因,並提出合理的改善方式。總而言之,解決染色布交期延誤問題不僅對公司意義非凡,能夠有利於提升品牌形象,以便於獲得客戶滿意度,並且有助於建立長期競爭的核心競爭力,從而為開拓國際市場與國際地位奠定堅固的基礎。另一方面自主創新SOD超滲透染色法有助於加強整個紡織行業的環保與社會責任的貢獻。
    The international textile industry is a fiercely competitive market. Therefore, the textile industry is a huge manufacturing system that produces a variety of yarns, fabrics and finished products. How to increase market share through improving the company's own competitive advantages and core competitiveness are a valuable researching topic for each company. There are too many details and processes in the textile production processing so that the issue of delivery delays is always occurs. The case study of Je Hong Textile Co.,Ltd is focus on analyzing the current textile industry environment and potential influences to the company that are caused by delivery delay of dying fabrics. The case study is according to delivery delay theories and management principles, and uses Porter’s five forces analysis and dyeing production process analysis to understand the facts of delivery delay. On the other hand, based on interview of related parties is an important way to understand the key reasons of delivery delay and learn reasonable suggestions; also is a way to help company to solve the problem. The last part is figure out the root causes of delivery delay and the best practicable solutions through comprehensive analysis of current company’s situation and researching results. In conclusion, solving the problems of delivery delay of dyeing fabrics is meaningful to company such as creating brand images, increasing customer satisfactions, establishing long-term core competitions, expanding international markets and enhancing international status. On the other side, the self-innovation of Super Osmotic Dyeing (SOD) strengthens the environmental protection and social responsibility of contributing in textile industry.
