本研究旨在探討賞鳥者深度休閒、因應行為、休閒-家庭衝突與休閒-工作衝突之關係,並進一步探討因應行為的中介效果。首先,經文獻回顧建構出「賞鳥者深度休閒、因應行為、休閒-家庭衝突與休閒-工作衝突之關係模式」,再以國內十三處野鳥學(協)會之賞鳥活動參與者及會員為研究對象,透過問卷調查之方式共獲得 279 份有效樣本。實證研究結果顯示:1. 整體而言,受訪者深度休閒程度一般的,因應行為屬中等,而休閒-工作衝突與休閒-家庭衝突則偏低;2. 「賞鳥者深度休閒、因應行為、休閒-家庭衝突與休閒-工作衝突之關係模式」整體適配情形良好,且模式信度與效度俱佳;3. 由模式得知深度休閒會正向且顯著地影響因應行為及休閒-家庭衝、因應行為會負向且顯著地影響休閒-家庭衝突與休閒-工作衝突。此外,因應行為在模式裡扮演著中介角色。根據上述的結果,提出管理意涵與未來研究之建議,以供相關單位及後續研究者做參考。
The purpose of this research was to establish a conceptual model of bird watchers integrating serious leisure, coping behavior, leisure-family conflict, and leisure-work conflict, and to explore the mediating effect of coping behavior. After using a literature review to establish the empirical models and hypotheses, the study employs the empirical methodology to conduct the questionnaire investigation. A total of 279 valid questionnaires were collected through face-to-face survey from bird watchers at the thirteen wild bird society (association) in Taiwan. The model was fit the data. After the Structural Equation Modeling, the result showed that the bird watchers’ serious leisure positively and significantly affected coping behavior and leisure-family conflict; their coping behavior negatively and significantly affected leisure-family conflict and leisure-work conflict. In the mean time, the mediating effect of coping behavior was also examined within this model. Based on the results above, some managerial suggestions for managerial sector, future research directions were also discussed.
