本研究探討專業承諾、無疆界思維與知覺就業力(包含內部就業力、外部就業力)之關聯,與無疆界思維之中介效果。本研究以立意抽樣法與結構性問卷調查蒐集資料,並以臺灣地區具專業的全職工作者作為研究對象,總計發出問卷為120份,回收之有效問卷為100份,有效回收率為83.3%,並以描述性統計、信度分析、皮爾森相關分析與階層式迴歸分析進行檢驗主要變項之關聯性。研究結果顯示專業承諾與無疆界思維、知覺就業力皆呈正向顯著關係;無疆界思維與知覺就業力呈正向顯著;無疆界思維在專業承諾與知覺就業力之間存在部分中介效果。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among professional commitment, boundaryless mindset and self-perceived employability (internal employability and external employability), as well as to test the mediation effect of boumdaryless mindset. The study collected data from 120 full time professionals in Taiwan. A total of 100 participants returned valid responses making the valid response rate 83.3%. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses. The results revealed that professional commitment was significantly positive related to both boundaryless mindset and self-perceived employability. The boundaryless mindset was also significantly positive related to self-perceived employability. Boundryless mindset was partially mediated the relationship between professional commitment and self-perceived employability.
