    Title: 消防年資對於消防人員 身心疲勞之健康影響

    Abstract: 本研究主要探討消防年資對於消防人員身心疲勞之健康影響,因此分為職場疲勞狀況、工作壓力情形、因公受傷情形等三個面向設計問卷,已臺中市政府消防局外勤人員為對象發放問卷,並運用SPSS進行分析統計,旨在了解不同消防年資對於消防人員所造成的影響。
    本研究得到的結論如下:
    一、外勤人員職場疲勞狀況無論消防年資皆認同職場會很疲勞。
    二、外勤人員工作壓力狀況無論消防年資皆認同工作很有壓力。
    三、消防人員罹患慢性疾病,以腸胃道疾病比例最高。
    四、大多數消防人員都曾因公受傷。
    五、因公受傷之勤務性質,以救災勤務之比例最高。
    六、因公受傷之種類,以割傷、刮傷、擦傷之比例最高。
    七、受傷之部位,以上肢、下肢之比例最高。
    八、消防年資超過4年後,因公受傷之機率便下降很多。
    本研究針對研究結論提出後續改善建議,以求減少消防人員職場疲勞、工作壓力以及因公受傷之情形,完善消防人員工作環境。
    This study mainly discusses the health effects of firefighter's years on the physical and mental fatigue of firefighters. Therefore, it is divided into three design-oriented questionnaires, such as workplace fatigue, work stress, and public injury. The questionnaires have been distributed to the field staff of the Taichung City Government Fire Department. And use SPSS for analysis and statistics, aiming to understand the impact of different fire years on firefighters.
    The conclusions of this study are as follows:
    1. The fatigue of the field staff in the workplace regardless
    of the fire-fighting answer is a tendency to agree.
    2. The work pressure of the field staff regardless of the
    fire years of the answer are agreed.
    3. Firefighters suffer from chronic diseases, with the
    highest proportion of gastrointestinal diseases.
    4. most firefighters have been injured by public health.
    5. Due to the nature of the service of the injured, the
    proportion of disaster relief services is the highest.
    6. Due to the type of public injury, the proportion of cuts,
    scratches, and abrasions is the highest.
    7. The injured part has the highest proportion of upper limbs
    and lower limbs.
    8. After more than 4 years of indebtedness due to public
    injury, the chance of injury due to public injury has
    dropped a lot.
    This study proposes follow-up suggestions for the research conclusions, in order to reduce the fatigue of the firefighters, work pressure and the situation of public injury, improve the working environment of firefighters.
