過去鋁產業由於產業鏈存在著許多供應商,流程內存在著資訊落差,造成供應鏈的長鞭效應,由於缺乏一套系統去管理整個供應鏈之間產生的問題,因此導致存貨過多、供不應求或是廢料等問題產生。因此本研究為以雲端計算三架構探討鋁產業之雲端服務系統。本研究目的為:一、探討鋁業之雲端服務系統;二、解決鋁業供應鏈之資訊落差之問題。本研究採個案研究法,以全隆金屬公司為研究個案,進行資料分析,並透過文獻建構一系統分析架構,進而獲得鋁產業之雲端服務系統架構。本研究獲得以下結論:ㄧ、鋁業雲端服務系統架構圖、二、進一步獲得客戶資料、三、系統可供相關產業使用。依據上述結論,提出管理意涵供產業參考。
In the past, there were many suppliers in the aluminum industry due to the industrial chain. The information gap in the process led to the whiplash in the supply chain. The lack of a system to manage the problems arising in the whole supply chain led to excess inventories, short supply or Is waste and other issues arise. Therefore, this study aims to explore the aluminum industry cloud service system based on cloud computing three architectures. The purpose of this study is: First, to explore the aluminum cloud service system; Second, to solve the aluminum supply chain information gap problem. In this study, a case study method was adopted to analyze the data by using Quanlong Metal Company as a case study, and a systematic analysis framework was constructed through literature to obtain the cloud service system architecture of the aluminum industry. This research obtains the following conclusions: First, the aluminum cloud service system architecture diagram, two, further access to customer information, three, the system can be used for related industries. Based on the above conclusion, put forward the management meaning for the industry reference.
