    Abstract: 面對市場需求的變化快速與國際之間激烈的競爭市場,唯有投入更多的資源來提升所製造出來的TFT LCD面板品質,才能夠提升企業競爭力,在國際競爭市場中立足。而台灣的TFT LCD面板業產平面顯示器供應鏈上、中、下游完整,且相關的產品線相當靈活,對於各區域市場品牌客戶的客製化需求,各廠商大多皆具備多樣化顯示技術。以研究A公司生產TFT-LCD面板產品為依據,發現因面板框膠塗佈不良而造成報廢的異常問題,針對塗佈壓力、塗佈高度、塗佈速度三項進行三因子三水準的實驗設計,實驗結果發現塗佈壓力0.3 pa實驗條件線性最佳,故以此條件設定為目前量產的設定,並找出框膠斷線影響最大為塗佈壓力。可節省因機況造成停機造成的損失,停機時間0.133*平均工時140*24小時*365天*3台=489334元。因此本研究採取六標準差改善流程DMAIC五大步驟於框膠問題造成產品不良率改善,探討產品製程中最不穩定因素,經由各項分析後找出最佳解決方案,改善產品品質,減少不良品產出,降低不良率。
    In the face of rapid changes in market demand and fierce competition between the international market, only by investing more resources to improve the quality of TFT-LCD panels manufactured can we enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and establish a foothold in the international competition market. The TFT-LCD panel industry in Taiwan, medium and vertical supply chain, and the related product lines are quite flexible. For the customization needs of brand customers in various regional markets, most manufacturers have diversified display technologies. This research of the production of TFT-LCD panel products by Company, it was found that the abnormality of scrapping due to poor coating of panel sealant was carried out, and the experimental design was carried out for coating pressure, coating height and coating speed. The experimental results show that the experimental conditions of the coating pressure of 0.3 pa are linear, so the condition is set to the current mass production setting, and the maximum influence of the frame breakage is the coating pressure. Therefore, this study adopts six Sigma improvement process DMAIC five steps to improve the product defect rate caused by the frame glue problem, explore the most unstable factors in the product process, find the best solution through various analysis, improve product quality, reduce defective products Output, reducing the rate of non-performing.
