此研究主要的對口目標,是以萬丹鄉的「立林牧場」為主要的研究標的,根據經營者對於牧場的經營與管理模式,試著研究出適合此牧場的經營方向;本研究以平衡計分卡及個案研究法進行剖析,相互驗證實際管理與理論管理間最佳經營方式的平衡點。
在台灣的畜牧業,從以前到現在引進了新時代的設備與技術,但是其經營方式畢竟是要依照實際現況來處理,並輔以理論的分析以找出企業的實際績效與財務間的關係,加上深度訪談可以加深了解公司經營者、實際處理牛隻之照護者、以及相關從事畜牧業的人士,配合其公司在地的文化與執行者心理模式,給予適當的意見。
本研究建議個案牧場,必須延攬專業經理人以有效擴大養殖規模,並強化公司軟體系統,使其效率化、精準化;除此之外,定期執行員工心理與技術上的指導與培養,加上強化地方畜牧業的同盟關係,互相利用其特長,以達到完整供應鏈的規模,期能建立產業特色,提高市場能見度,完成長期發展的基石
This study focused on Lilin Ranch in Wandan Township. According to the business and management mode of the operator of the ranch, we tried to figured out the direction of management suitable for this ranch. The research used Balanced Score Card and Case Study to verify the balance point between actual and theoretical management of the best management method.
Stock farming in Taiwan has introduced new era equipment and technology for many years, however, the management methods must have follow the actual situations and be supported by the theoretical analysis to find out the relation between actual enterprise performance and finance. Also, depth interviews make us understand more about company operator, cattle caregiver, and people engaged in stock farming, combining the culture of the company and psychological mode of the executer to give proper suggestion.
This research suggest the case ranch have to recruit professional manager to expand the farming scale, and strengthen software system of the company to make it efficient and precise. Besides, regular executing guidance and training of the mental of the employee, and strengthening the alliance of local stock farming, and make use of advantages mutually to reach complete scale of supply chain and build industrial characteristics can elevate its market visibility and finish long term foundation of development.
