    Title: 工筆畫技法應用於電腦繪圖之創作研究 -以十二花神插畫為例

    Abstract: 近年數位藝術的發展愈趨成熟,繪畫創作的方式也從傳統手繪邁向了數位化,並逐漸被電腦繪圖所替代,然而手繪作品仍有其無法被取代的價值,比如工筆畫作品之精緻細膩皆源自其細膩的繪畫技法,但此繪畫過程既繁複又費時,對於現今追求效率的社會,並不利於商業發展和應用。
    在台灣的動漫插畫市場上,以中華文化為元素和風格的作品雖然非常廣泛且受歡迎,但其呈現方式多以日式漫畫風格或西洋繪畫風格為主,以中國水墨風格來配合題材的作品相對較少,使作品欠缺了一份傳統中華文代的獨特韻味,讓人感到一絲美中不足的遺憾。基於研究者對古典風格作品的喜愛,因而興起以電腦繪圖進行工筆畫創作之動機,並決定以十二月花神為主題,進行以數位插畫的方式表現傳統手繪工筆畫作品之研究創作。
    本研究目的有四:
    1)藉由探討工筆畫作品及其繪畫技法,思考其數位化之可能性;
    2)整理並歸納出不同風格的工筆畫作品之間的共同特色;
    3)根據前述分析結果創建適用於工筆技法之數位筆刷;
    4)綜合上述結果應用於插畫創作。
    本研究將以文獻研究法、風格分析法和創作實踐法作為研究方式,以工筆仕女畫的部分做為主要研究對象,其中以華三川、何家英、周雪與千景繪四位畫家之作品為例,分別以媒材、構圖、線條和色彩四方面,進行作品風格與技法特性的探討;得出以下結論:
    1)以傳統手繪方式進行工筆畫者佔多數;
    2)構圖多以人物全身入鏡為主,並將人物臉部作為焦點;
    3)線條偏細緻流暢,能夠以不同的線條表現各種質感;
    4)各畫家使用之色彩雖各有特色,但作品間色調十分統一。
    針對上述筆墨特性本研究創建出四種筆刷,分別為柔軟筆刷、粗糙筆刷、平塗筆刷以及渲染筆刷,此結果將應用於十二月花神之插畫創作上。
    本研究創作之作品一共為十二幅,作品透過四季來劃分系列,各系列配以不同主色調,《春》系列以暖和的粉色調主,《夏》系列為對比強烈的色彩,《秋》系列為橘黃暖色調,《冬》系列則是沈靜的寒色調,各系列皆以該季節之印象色為調,而同系列間色調相似,使作品與系列間之關聯更為緊密;構圖部分將以人物典故中之形象為參考,並增加畫面之故事性,使之成為個人插畫的獨特性。
    The development of digital art has become more mature in recent years, the way of painting creation has also moved from traditional hand-drawn to digitalize and gradually replaced by computer graphics, however, hand-painted works still have the value that cannot be replaced. For example, the delicate works of Gongbi paintings are derived from their delicate painting techniques. But this painting process is both complicated and time-consuming. In today’s society that seeks efficiency, It is not conducive to business development and application.
    In the animation illustrator market in Taiwan, works with Chinese culture as an element and style are very extensive and popular. However, its presentation is mainly based on Japanese comic style or Western painting style. There are relatively few works that match the theme of Chinese ink and wash styles. Make the work lack a unique charm of the traditional Chinese language generation. It makes people feel a little bit of regret. Based on the researcher's love of classical style works, the motivation for creating a meticulous painting with computer graphics has arisen. And the researcher decided to use the theme of <Twelve Flower Gods> and carry out the research and creation of traditional hand-painted Gongbi paintings in a digital illustration form.
    The purpose of this study consists of four-part :
    1. By exploring the works of meticulous paintings and their painting techniques and finding the possibility of digitization of these techniques.
    2. Organize and summarize the common features between the different styles of Gongbi paintings.
    3. Create a digital brush for the pen technique based on the results of the previous analysis.
    4. The results of above are combined for illustration creation.
    This study is based on literature research method, style analysis and creative practice as its research method, using the Gongbi painting as the main research object. Hua San-Chuan, He Jia-Ying, Zhou Xue and Qian-Jing Hui the works of the fours painters as representatives. Separately with media, composition, lines, and colors, discussion on the style and technique characteristics of the works, concluded as follow :
    1. Those who use traditional hand-painted paintings in this kind of style are in majority.
    2. The composition is mainly based on the whole body of the character, and the face of the person is taken as the focus.
    3. The lines are smooth, and it can express various textures with a different type of lines.
    4. Although each painter has its own characteristics based on the kind of color they used, the color between the works is very uniform.
    Based on this study, four brushes were created for this study. Which consist of a soft brush, a rough brush, a flat brush, and a render brush. The result of this study will be applied to the creation of the <Twelve Flower Gods> themed illustration.
    There are a total of twelve works had created for this study, the works are divided into four series throughout the four seasons. Each series consist of four different kinds of color tones. The "Spring" series is dominated by warm pink color tones, the "Summer" series is more of a contrasting color tone, the "Autumn" series is warm orange colored tones, and lastly, the "Winter" series is filled with a quiet and cold shade color tones. Each series is based on the impression of each four season, the color tones are similar between each of the series which lead the connection between the series even more closely. The composition of each series is based on the image in the character's allusion, and it had increased the storytelling of the illustration, making it into an iconic unique featured of personal illustration.
