Abstract:	隨著國民衛生水準及醫療科技提升，人口平均餘命延長，高齡人口數量急遽攀升，台灣進入「高齡化社會」，面對社會的變遷，從台灣銀髮族居住型態的改變，可看出銀髮住宅、長照機構、養生村的比率有逐年攀升的趨勢。銀髮族因身體活動功能或認知受損而慢性失能，導致日常生活無法獨立自理而須依賴他人者。因此，本研究對於提供銀髮族服務照護的人員，所提出六項倫理觀點加以探討，照護的範圍又牽涉到被照護者的基本權益，涵蓋對生命的價值、對人性的看法，以及助人技術理性等諸多問題。本研究以銀髮族為出發點開始探討，引用學者胡中宜〈長期照護實務的倫理議題與倫理決策〉中的六大倫理責任做為本研究的分析架構；此外，我們訪談兩位銀髮族安養機構高階管理者為本研究個案，透過倫理價值分析架構，歸納出其照護機制，提供本研究增加專業知識及實際概況。 Along with national health conditions and medical technology promoted, life expectancy at some age extended also the amount aged population is growing rapidly. In 1993, Taiwan got into “Aging population society”. Faced to the social change, could understand the rate of the elderly housing, the long-term care and the health preservation villages are increasing year by year from the changing of senior citizen’s living arrangements in Taiwan. The long-term care is focusing on the disability from physical activity damaged or cognition damaged, which caused people who couldn’t have self-care and need to rely on other in daily life. As a result, this research is about the point of six ethics that raised by long-term care workforce who the care of supplying senior citizen. The range of caring is involved with the right of people who are nursed, the value of life, point about humanity and the skill of helping people. 　This research is discussed from the senior citizens. From extended of the long-term care, home care for the elderly and service innovation. Afterwards, we quote the scholar Chung-Yi Hwu〈Ethical issues and Decision-making of Long-term Care Practices〉with the responsibility of six ethics as our research's analysis framework. Furthermore, we interview the manager of the nursing home for increasing our research knowledge and practical overview.
