Abstract: | 本研究旨在探討幼托整合之後,教保服務人員的工作壓力、休閒活動參與及自我效能的關聯,並分析不同背景變項之教保服務人員在工作壓力、休閒活動參與及自我效能之關係。
本研究採問卷調查法,普查對象為南投縣教保服務人員,共計發放330份問卷,回收322份,有效樣本為301份,有效回收率93.5%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析與同時迴歸進行資料分析。獲得結果如下:南投縣教保服務人員之工作壓力感知為中下程度,以「工作負荷」最為沉重。休閒活動參與情形為中等程度,類型以「社交型」分數最高;自我效能感知為中上程度,以「教學執行」表現最佳。工作壓力在「年資」、「最高學歷」、「聘任資格」、「有無幼兒(稚)園教師證」、「園所規模」、「是否為國幼班」有顯著差異。休閒活動參與在「最高學歷」、「園所規模」有顯著差異。自我效能在「年齡」、「年資」、「婚姻狀況」、「有無子女」、「班級幼兒人數」、「是否為國幼班」有顯著差異。另外,南投縣教保服務人員之工作壓力與休閒活動參與有顯著相關情形,且工作壓力對自我效能,以及休閒活動參與對自我效能皆達顯著影響。
最後,依據研究結論與文獻比較,提出研究建議與限制,期望能對相關教育機關、教保服務人員與後續的研究者有所助益。
The objective of this thesis is to investigate the relationships among the contextual factor of individual, work stress, leisure activities participation, and self-efficacy, with a sample of 301 practicing preschool educators in Nantou using Descriptive Statistics, Independent Samples t Test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation analysis and Regression Analysis. The data showed that the perception of work stress is below average within the Nantou preschool educators. And seniority, degree, employment type, diploma, class size and public or private school make work stress difference. The major type of leisure activities participation is social relationships, but the participation is on the average. And degree and class size make leisure activities participation difference. The self-efficacy with classroom management is above average. And age, seniority, marital status, presence of children, class size and public or private school make self-efficacy difference. There are significant correlation within work stress and leisure activities participation, work stress and self-efficacy, and leisure activities participation and self-efficacy. Based on the results of the present study, the suggestions about the associate with preschool educators are provided to education administrative departments, kindergartens, preschool educators and future research. |
