過去連鎖事業總部與加盟商之間常有糾紛,由於缺乏一套系統去管理兩者之間,因此導致有摻加非總部使用之原物料等問題。因此本研究為以活動理論探討連鎖事業之雲端服務系統。本研究目的為:一、探討連鎖事業之雲端服務系統;二、解決總部及加盟商間的問題。本研究採個案研究法,以久香食品公司為研究個案,進行資料分析,並透過文獻建構一系統分析架構,進而獲得連鎖事業之雲端服務系統架構。本研究獲得以下結論:ㄧ、連鎖事業之雲端服務系統架構圖、二、進一步獲得客戶資料、三、系統可供不同產業使用。依據上述結論,提出管理意涵供產業參考。
In the past, there were frequent disputes between franchises and franchises. Due to the lack of a system to manage the two, there was a problem of mixing raw materials used by non-headquarters. Therefore, this study explores the cloud service of the chain business with activity theory. The purpose of this study is: First, to explore the cloud service chain of the cause of the chain; Second, to solve the problem of headquarters and franchises. In this study, a case study approach was adopted to study the case study of Chiu Hsiang Food Company. The data analysis was carried out and a system analysis framework was constructed through literature to obtain the cloud service system architecture of the chain business.
