本研究旨在以「服務創新」為切入點，探討幼教產業在台灣少子化及幼托合一等趨勢下的因應對策。本章共分為三節。第一節為研究背景與動機；第二節為研究目的；第三節為研究流程。分述如下。依據上述研究背景與動機，本研究目的旨在希望透過經營模式的改變與創新，讓未來的臺灣幼兒園及幼教產業能得到更好的發展，經由收集幼教人員對推展園所經營規劃的意見，同時藉由不同角度進行思考，尋求應對公、私立幼兒園在教育服務市場所面臨的困境，以達永續經營的目標。本章旨在依據研究結果及研究目的，歸納出研究結論，再依循此結論提具相關建議與教育主管機關、幼教產業及後續研究者之參考。
The purpose of this study is to use "service innovation" as a starting point to explore the countermeasures of the preschool education industry under the trend of Taiwan's declining birth and child care. This chapter is divided into three sections. The first section is the research background and motivation; the second section is the research purpose; the third section is the research process. The description is as follows. Based on the above research background and motivation, the purpose of this study is to hope that through the change and innovation of business model, the future kindergarten and early childhood education industry in Taiwan will be better developed, and through the collection of preschool teachers' opinions on the business planning of the exhibition park, Thinking from different angles, seeking to meet the predicament of public and private kindergartens in the education service market, in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development. This chapter aims to summarize the research conclusions based on the research results and research purposes, and then follow this conclusion to formulate relevant recommendations and reference for the education authorities, early childhood education industry and follow-up researchers.
