    Title: 家長對學校本位課程之認知與滿意度-以臺中市偏遠地區國小為例

    Abstract: 近年許多學校開始發展屬於本校的特色課程,以提高學校競爭力,吸引更多非學區內的學生就讀,避免面臨學生人數減少、班級數減班、教師超額、裁併校等問題。本研究旨在探討臺中市偏遠地區國小家長對學校本位課程之認知與滿意度,並透過問卷了解其滿意度與學校忠誠度之關聯性。調查時間為2018年3月1日至2018年3月31日止,本研究共發出210份問卷,最終回收之有效問卷為186份,有效問卷率為88.57%。研究結果如下:
    一、 受訪家長對於「教育選擇權」會因孩子為是否跨學區而有所差異,而有些受訪家長會因為距離遙遠而放棄一間優質的學校。
    二、 曾經推薦他人到學校參觀之受訪家長肯定學校本位課程這套課程的實施。
    三、 曾經推薦他人到學校參觀之受訪家長肯定學校本位課程能增加孩子新的學習能力。
    四、 曾經推薦他人到學校參觀之受訪家長對學校本位課程滿意度高。
    五、 曾經推薦他人到學校參觀之受訪家長對其孩子學習表現等很滿意。
    六、 孩子跨學區之受訪家長對學校忠誠度較高,會願意推薦他人到學校參觀。
    七、 受訪家長對「教育選擇權」需求與其對「學校本位課程之認知」之學生能增進的能力構面具有顯著正相關。
    八、 受訪家長「教育選擇權」需求與其對學校本位課程「滿意度」構面有顯著正相關。
    九、 受訪家長「教育選擇權」需求與其對學校「忠誠度」構面有顯著正相關。
    十、 受訪家長對「學校本位課程之認知」-學生能增進的能力與其對學校「滿意度」構面有顯著正相關。

    In recent years, many schools have begun to develop special courses belonging to the school to enhance the competitiveness of the school and attract more students to avoid the reduction of the number of students, reduction of classes, over-subscription of teachers, and graduation.
    The purpose of this study was to explore the awareness and satisfaction of the school-based curriculum from the telemetry school students’ parents in the remote areas of Taichung City, and to understand the relationship between the parents ‘satisfaction and school loyalty through questionnaires.
    One hundred and eighty-six questionnaires were collected during the period of March 1, 2018 to March 31, 2018. One hundred and eighty-six valid samples were selected to analyze the data; the response rate of those questionnaires was 88.57 %. The results were the followings:
    1. The surveyed parents who have a higher demand for the educational choice had a significantly positive correlation with their cognition of the school-based curriculum due to the increase of students’ abilities.
    2. The surveyed parents who have a higher demand for the educational choice had a significantly positive correlation with their satisfaction of the school-based curriculum.
    3. The surveyed parents who have a higher demand for the educational choice had a significantly positive correlation with the school loyalty.
    4. The surveyed parents’ cognition of the school-based curriculum due to the increase of students’ abilities had a significantly positive correlation with their satisfaction of the school-based curriculum.
    5. The surveyed parents’ cognition of the school-based curriculum due to the increase of students’ abilities had a significantly positive correlation with the school loyalty.
    6. The surveyed parents’ satisfaction of the school-based curriculum had a significantly positive correlation with the school loyalty.
    7. The surveyed parents have significantly different "education choices" depending on whether the children are cross-school districts or not, and some of the surveyed parents give up a quality school because of the distance.
    8. The surveyed parents who once recommended others to visit the school affirmed the implementation of the course of the school-based curriculum.
    9. The surveyed parents who have recommended others to visit the school affirm that the school-based curriculum can increase the child's new learning ability.
    10. The surveyed parents who once recommended others to visit the school were highly satisfied with the school-based curriculum of the school.
    11. The surveyed parents who once recommended others to visit the school were very satisfied with their children's learning performance.
    12. The surveyed parents by the children across the school district were highly loyal to the school and were willing to recommend others to visit the school.
