    Abstract: 跳繩為兼具運動及遊戲之功能的一項民俗活動,也是近年教育部在校園力推的運動。目前國中小每年常態性舉辦團體跳繩比賽,因而有接受長期訓練的學生日益增加。因少有研究探討以參與比賽為目的的跳繩訓練對於體適能的影響,本研究選定彰化縣某國中一個年級為研究對象,以該校全校跳繩比賽成績與體適能資料為工具,各以2016與2017年為體適能資料前後測的時間點,討論國中校園內學生在一升二年級有接受長期跳繩訓練與一般未進行跳繩訓練的班級體適能表現差異,旨在探討跳繩訓對練之體適能影響以及各個個體間體適能之差是否互相有顯著相關。
    本研究結果如下:
    一、接受跳繩訓練可提升學生之心肺耐力
    二、接受跳繩訓練可提升學生之身高與立定跳遠距離。
    由此研究結果可知:跳繩不僅可以當作全身性的運動,且具有省空間、方便、經濟,運動時間可彈性運用等特性,真的是一項相當值得我們去從事與鼓勵的運動。
    Rope skipping is a folk exercise that combines the functions of
    sports and games. In recent years, the Ministry of Education has
    promoted activities on campus, also, some of the primary schools and
    secondary schools hold annual group rope jumping competition every
    year so that the number of students engaged in rope jumping Increased
    day by day. The objective of this research is to explore the impact of rope
    skipping training for fitness. The author uses the rope jumping
    competition results and physical fitness data of a junior high school at
    Changhu County as a tool, the time points of physical fitness data are
    before 2016 and after 2017. To discuss the difference in physical fitness
    performance between students who have undergone long-term skipping
    training and those who do not normally jump rope. And to explore
    whether the physical fitness effect of skipping training among individuals
    are significantly related to each other.
    The results of this study are as follows:
    1. Rope skipping training can improve students' cardiorespiratory
    endurance
    2. Jump rope training can improve students' height and standing jump
    distance
    The results of this study show that rope skipping can not only be
    used as a systemic exercise, but also has the characteristics of space
    saving, convenience, economy, and flexible use of exercise time. It is
    really a sport worthy of our participation and encouragement.
