本研究目的為本研究目的為從東方(華人)情境的視角來探討雙元文化之矛盾領導對於企業績效影響,分析雙元文化之矛盾領導與企業績效之間的關係,採用問卷調查法進行研究,有效問卷回收數502份,透過描述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、皮爾森相關分析以及階層迴歸分析等方法分析資料,研究結果如下:第一,雙元文化觀點對於矛盾領導具有正向影響;第二,雙元文化觀點對企業績效具有正向顯著影響;第三,矛盾領導對企業績效也具有正向顯著影響,此外,矛盾領導對於雙元文化與企業績效間則具有完全中介效果。本研究基於上述研究結果,分別針對製造業、金融業、服務業以及未來之研究提出建議,以供參考。
The purpose of this study was to from the perspective of east situation to explore the influence of the paradoxical leader for ambiculture perspective on Firm Performance, and analysis of the relationship between the paradoxical leader for ambiculture perspective and firm performance. The use of the questionnaire study, the number of 502 valid questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Composite reliability analysis, pearson’s correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, research results are as follows: First, ambiculture produce a positive effect of paradoxical Leader. Second, ambiculture produce a positive effect of firm performance Third, paradoxical leader produce a positive effect of Firm Performance. Moreover, paradoxical leader shows a full mediating effect on the relationship between ambiculture and firm performance. According to the research results, the suggestions were made for manufacturing, financial industry, Service industry, and future academic studies.
