摘要:	本文旨在探討達芭凱花園民宿創業歷程，並究採用質性研究的詮釋方式及觀察法，擬定訪談大綱，與業者進行深度訪談，旨在探討部落青年創業歷程、創業動機及其經營成功關鍵因素。茲將本研究結果歸納如下：民宿業者創業動機：(一)喜歡服務人群的個人特質；(二)家庭因素：返鄉照顧年邁父母；(三)自己擁有土地，建築成本降低；(四)部落經營民宿已有一定的知名度。民宿業者創業成功關鍵因素：(一)善用網路資源，自我行銷；(二)給予回流客人住宿價格的優惠；(三)充分利用個人天賦服務客人，讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺。本研究根據上述研究結果，提出具體建議，以提供達芭凱花園民宿經營者、望美合作社、政府主管機關與未來研究相關議題之研究者參考。 The study namely aims at exploring the process of starting an enterprise for “Tabakai B&B” business operation at Nantou County.This study will use Qualitative Research and Observational Method, prepare interview outline and have a depth interview with the B & B owner. The purpose is to investigate a tribal youth’s business history, entrepreneurial motivation and the key factors about his successful business. The results are summarized as follows: The homestay owner’s entrepreneurial motivations are his personality of being glad to serve people, returning to his hometown to take care of his parents in old age, using his own land for lower construction costs, and the well-known reputation of tribe B & B.The key factors of B & B successful business include unique appearance design and service different from others’, using online resources, discount for returning customers, making full use of personal talents to serve customers and let them feel at home. This paper is based on above research results and proposes, specifically aim to provide suggestions to Tabakai Garden B&B Operators, Wang Mei Tribal Coopratives,government authorities and further research in related field.
