    Title: 臺中市學生棒球代表隊組訓現況分析

    Abstract: 本研究的目的在於探討臺中市學生棒球代表隊組訓現況分析,並以臺中市學生棒球代表隊為研究對象。研究結果顯示:一、代表隊組訓制度:可以提早組成培訓隊,透過比賽來磨合、觀察優秀選手。二、政府支持方面:有些代表隊的補助上可能不是這麼足夠,剩下的部分都必須由拿下代表權的學校自行負責。三、教練專業方面:現行的專業講習非常的多。在教練徵招部分,都由拿下代表權的球隊負責。四、學校資源方面:除了政府單位的補助的資源外,不足的部分就是由代表隊學校負責。五、社會資源方面:除了拿到國家隊的組訓權,不然企業贊助不太會為了短期的選拔賽給予贊助,多是使用母隊的社會資源。對未來學生棒球代表隊經營的建議:學生棒球代表隊除了教練及代表隊母隊的經營與支持外,更重要的是政府的資源。本研究發現在政府支持、學校資源、社會資源的部分,相關單位還是能夠就現行制度能改善的地方做討論,整合所有資源,做出適當的配當措施,以期讓我們的基層棒球更蓬勃發展。
    The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of student baseball teams’ formation and training in Taichung City. Student baseball teams were the study subjects. The results have shown that: (1) The representative team training system: The representatitive training team can be formed early for observing outstanding players through competitions. (2) Government support: Some representative teams may not have enough supports. The insufficient part will be representative schools’ own responsibilities. (3) Professional coaching: There are many opportunities for searching for professional coaches. This is the representative teams’ responsibility for recruiting appropriate coaches. (4) School resources: In addition to the governmental resources, it will be the representative teams’ responsibility to fill in the insufficient funds. (5) Social resources: Unless getting the national team’s training rights, corporate sponsors usually will not be willing to provide short-term sponsorship. Most of the time the social resources of the parent team are used. Suggestions for the future student baseball teams: In addition to the management and support of the coaches and the team’s parent team, government supports are the most important. This study has found that besides the government support, school resources, and social resources, the proper authories can still discuss the improvement, integrate all the resources, and make appropriate measures in order to make our baseball more prosperous.
