The purpose of this study was to explore the current status of the promotion and management of community little league in Taichung City. Community little league in Taichung City were the study subjects. Three aspects of the business history, internal resources, and external resources were discussed. The results have showed that: 1. Business History: The current three operating systems are (1) community-oriented (2) self/policy-integrated (3) policy oriented. 2. Internal resources of the organization: Currently, the community baseball leagues is still dominated by self-oriented teams. This must be initiated by eager parents. Now, there are also community alliances initiated by the government policy. This also makes it possible for teams with no funds to have oppurnities for financial support. 3. External resources: The stadium is the most urgent issue for the baseball development. How to set up the baseball stadium, or baseball stadium usage for each community baseball team are the next issues to be discussed.
