Abstract:	鋼構加工服務鏈協同模式 -益成工業公司個案分析研究生：施萬益指導教授：陳世良博士鄭家年博士亞洲大學經營管理學系碩士班摘要鋼構加工產業為傳統產業列屬於「3K產業」之一，即為辛苦、污穢、危險之工作，因此面臨招募不易，技術難以提升的困境。對此，很多的企業開始重視夥伴間(包含同業競合方式)的協同合作關係發展，以提升供應鏈專案績效。因此值得深入探討此一議題。本研究以益成工業為個案研究，以信任基礎、關係品值與資訊分享程度等三項變數做為協同合作的驅動變素，探討協同設計透過三個驅動變素對專案績效的影響程度。研究以益成工業的合作供應廠商進行質性研究。研究中採用敘述性分析與相關性統計方法探討各變數間的關係，時證結果證實：(1)信任基礎 (2)關係品質 (3)資訊分享程度對專案績效的影響。研究結果提供企業朝協同模式為主的組織建議，以建構整體供應鏈的快速反應、服務績效與品質提升，藉此提升供應鏈組織的競爭力。關鍵詞：信任基礎、關係品質、資訊分享程度、服務供應鏈 Service Chain Collaboration Analysis for Steel Processing Industry - Case Study of Yicheng Company Student: Wan-Yi Shin Advisors: Dr. Shieh-Liang Chen Dr. Jia-Nian Zheng Department of Business Administration Asia University Abstract Structural steel processing is a traditional industry that is labor intensive, dirty, and dangerous, which are three undesirable conditions. Therefore, recruiting new workers and improving related technologies has been extremely difficult. To overcome this problem, many businesses have started to emphasize the development of collaborations to improve the performance of the supply chain. The present study is a case study of Yi Cheng Industry. Trust, relationship quality, and level of information sharing were adopted as three driving variables for collaboration. Specifically, we investigated the effect of collaboration on project performance through these three driving variables. The results confirmed the effects of trust, relationship quality, and level of information sharing on project performance. The study provides suggestion for businesses based on collaboration models. Specifically, businesses should develop the quick responsiveness of their overall supply chains and enhance service quality and performance to increase their competitiveness.
