    Abstract: 隨著科技進步,消費性電子產品成長迅速,智慧手機與穿戴裝置等已成為市場主流,PC與NB市場逐年萎縮,代工業者面對手機、平板的崛起擠壓,紛紛轉型朝多角化經營,以尋找新的出路,因應大數據分析、行動裝置、社群網絡、雲端運算等新技術的興起,順勢切入雲端資料中心的伺服器市場。台灣雲端伺服器產業在兼具設計、生產製造與完整產業聚落之優勢下,逐漸成為全球伺服器產業重鎮,主要領導品牌廠商早已委由台灣業者代工外,亦陸續擴大與台灣業者合作的範圍與規模。近年來Google、Facebook、Amazon 等全球一線超大型資料中心廠商紛紛擴編其資料中心及運算機房,因而帶動伺服器的商機,直接找上成本更優惠,服務品質更穩定,同時能針對需求來客製化的台灣伺服器業者來合作,故雲端伺服器領域反倒成為各家業者穩定獲利的部門。
    近年來市場競爭激烈,台灣伺服器代工業者往往只能利用價格去搶市佔率,惡性削價競爭的結果只會對產業不利,因此企業如何透過提升研發技術,軟體設計整合,生產基地的建立與物流與維修服務的佈局,來提高企業的商業價值,則是未來所面臨的一大挑戰。
    本研究將探討台灣雲端伺服器產業現況,並藉由產業經濟學中常用分析模式,亦即『結構─行為─績效』(Structure-Conduct-Performance, S-C-P)進行探討個案公司經營策略。同時透過專家訪談的內容蒐集,以及SCP模式之分析,冀望助於產業相關業者未來經營策略之參考,與客戶創造更多雙贏的合作機會。
    With the advancement of science and technology, consumer electronic products have grown rapidly. Smartphones and wearable devices have become the mainstream in the market, and the PC and NB markets have been shrinking year by year. Due to the rise of new technologies such as big data analysis, mobile devices, social networks, and cloud computing, the industrialists try to find new outlets and enter the cloud server market. Taiwan's cloud server industry has gradually become a global server industry with the advantages of design, manufacturing and complete industrial clusters. In recent years, Google, Facebook, Amazon and other global leading data center manufacturers have expanded their data centers and computing rooms and they directly cooperate with Taiwan's cloud server industry with cost-effective and stable service quality. Therefore, the cloud server industry has become the stable profit-making sector for all companies. In recent years, due to market competition, Taiwan server industrialists only use lower price to grab market share. The result of price-cutting competition will be unfavorable to the industry. Therefore, how to improve R&D technology, integrate software design, establish production bases, logistics layout and maintenance services to increase the business value of the company is a major challenge in the future.
    This study will explore the current status of cloud server industry in Taiwan, and discuss the company business strategy through Structure-Conduct-Performance. Meanwhile, through expert interview and SCP analysis, we hope the related industry take it for reference of business strategy, and create more win-win cooperation opportunities with customers.
