    Abstract: 大多數貿易商都面臨著,產品不是自己的,品質和交貨期無法掌控,價錢不具競爭力,又或者是代理權被取消的窘境,再加上資訊的透明化與網路通訊的無遠弗屆,貿易商也漸漸地失去他們的生存空間。
    本研究以W貿易公司為例,由於他們的代理權被供應商所取消導致於公司營收減少,為了避免相同的情況發生,使公司可以朝永續經營的方向前進,藉由深度訪談與五力分析理論探討,經分析歸納出如下結果來幫助個案公司組織再造

    1.尋找更多的供應商合作,避免受限於單一供應商,也可更了解市場行情與動向。
    2.自創品牌,利用現有的銷售通路和客戶的關係與信任度銷售自有品牌,建立自有品牌才有永續經營的可能
    3.多角化經營,經營多種多樣的產品或業務,擴大公司經營範圍和市場範圍,充分利用公司的各種資源,提高經營效益,保證公司的長期生存與發展。
    Most traders are facing the product is not their own, quality and delivery can’t be controlled, the price is not competitive, or their agency business is canceled by supplier. Moreover, the traders also gradually lost their living space with the transparent information and internet communication. This study takes W trading Company as an example: W company’s agency is terminated by the supplier and then the revenue is reduced. For avoiding the same situation occurs in future again, the following results are summarized to help W company can move forward for sustainable operation with re-structure and re-organization through depth interviews and five-force analysis.

    1.Cooperation with more suppliers, to avoid being limited to a single supplier, and get more market information and trends.
    2.Self-created brand, for using the existing sales channels and customer relationship to sell own brand’s products to them. Only to establish own brand can has a sustainable development possibility.
    3.Diversification, running a variety of products or business, to expand the scope of business and market, fully use company's resources, improve business efficiency, to ensure the long-term survival and development of the company.
