本研究旨在瞭解臺中市市民農園參與者休閒生活型態、參與動機、體驗品質之相關研究。以臺中市3處市民農園參與者為研究對象,研究方法採行問卷調查法,以便利抽樣的方式發出350份問卷,回收問卷308份,有效問卷計294份。資料以百分比統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、徑路分析等方法進行分析。研究結果如下:
一、研究結論
(一) 臺中市市民農園參與者男性略多於女性,年齡為58-69歲有小孩
的已婚者、教育程度為大專、職業為退休人員,及每週到市民農
園頻率為3-5次者居多。
(二) 臺中市市民農園參與者之休閒生活型態與參與動機呈顯著正向
相關;臺中市市民農園參與者之參與動機與體驗品質呈顯著正向
相關;臺中市市民農園參與者之休閒生活型態與體驗品質呈顯著
正向相關;參與動機在休閒生活型態與體驗品質間具有完全中介
效果。
二、研究建議
(一) 建議農政、社會福利單位整合農地規畫銀髮族市民農園並與長
青學苑合作,擴大市民農園體驗功能。
(二) 建議經營者營造田園到餐桌的健康飲食概念,形塑休閒生活型
態,強化參與動機提升參與者體驗品質。
(三) 建議後續研究者在量化研究輔以質性研究,深入探討參與者在
市民農園體驗活動後,對其身心健康或生活品質是否有顯著影
響。
The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship among leisure lifestyle, participation motivation and experience quality of city farm participants in Taichung. Taking the participants from 3 places of Taichung city farm as the research object, the research methods carried out questionnaire survey. 350 questionnaires were sent out by convenient sampling and 294 valid questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as percentage statistic, t test, one-way ANOVA and path analysis. The results were analyzed as follows:
First, the participants in the Taichung city farm are males slightly more than females, the age of 58-69, married with children, tertiary education, retired and the frequency of 3-5times per week to the city farm.
Second, there is a significant positive impact between the leisure lifestyle and the participation motivation of the participants in the Taichung city farm. There is a significant positive impact between the participation motivation and the experience quality of the participants in the Taichung city farm. There is a significant positive impact between the leisure lifestyle and the experience quality of the participants in the Taichung city farm. The participation motivation has the complete mediating effect between the leisure lifestyle and the experience quality.
Third, base on the findings of the study, to make recommendations and provide information to the agricultural government, social welfare units, operators and future researchers for reference.
