本研究以臺中郵局現職窗口內勤員工為研究對象,旨在探討臺中市地區郵局內部行銷、心理契約與員工之工作壓力之關聯情形。本研究透過便利抽樣的方式進行問卷調查,共發出362份問卷,回收問卷 362份,有效問卷 312份,並使用 IBM SPSS 22.0版統計軟體作為分析之工具,就樣本資料以項目分析、信效度分析、描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、徑路分析等方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現:
1.不同職務、不同服務年資在內部行銷、心理契約的感受有顯著差異;不同職務、不同資位在工作壓力的感受有顯著差異。
2.內部行銷對心理契約有顯著正向影響;心理契約對工作壓力有顯著負向影響;內部行銷對工作壓力無顯著負向影響;心理契約在內部行銷與工作壓力間具完全中介效果。
由上述研究發現提出以下建議:
1.建議臺中郵局舉辦共識營,並持續提供教育訓練、重視員工協助方案,以強化內部行銷,提昇心理契約滿足。
2.郵局員工要積極參與教育訓練,保持終身學習,提昇自己的專業能力,並調整工作態度,以因應工作環境的各種變動與壓力。
Taichung Post Office in-service window staff were selected for this study. This study is aimed to investigate the relationships among internal marketing, psychological contract and work stress to employees in Taichung City Post Office, Some suggestions will be made for management in this field according to the study results.
The research was mainly conducted by questionnaires (using convenience sampling). Of the 362 questionnaires sent out, 362 were returned, among which 312 were valid. This study has adopted SPSS FOR WINDOWS as the tool for statistical analysis. For sampling data use research method as project analysis, reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test analysis, one-way ANOVA , path analysis. The results were as follows:
1. There are significant differences in the perception of internal marketing and psychological contract between different positions and different seniority ; there are significant differences in the feelings of different positions and different ranks in working stress.
2. Internal marketing has a significant positive impact on psychological contract. Psychological contract has a significant negative effect on work stress. Psychological contract has a complete mediating effect between internal marketing and work stress.
The following suggestions are presented by the above research findings:
1. Taichung Post Office are recommended to organize consensus camp and provide continuous education training, attach importance to employee assistance programs to strengthen the internal marketing and the satisfaction of psychological contract.
2.The post office staff should actively participate in education and training, maintain lifelong learning, strengthen their professional capabilities, and adjust work attitude in order to respond to various changes and pressures in the work environment.
