    摘要: 臺中市旱溪康橋水岸公園使用者環境屬性、休閒效益與地方依附關係之研究
    摘要
    本研究主要探討臺中市旱溪康橋水岸公園使用者環境屬性、休閒效益與地方依附三者之關係。以自編問卷進行便利抽樣調查，問卷發放250份，實際回收的有效問卷234份。所得的資料透過項目分析、信效度分析、描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、徑路分析等方法進行分析，研究結果如下：
    一、研究結論
    (一) 康橋水岸公園使用者以女性、45歲至60歲、已婚有小孩、公教人員、居住在臺中市大里區、專科大學畢業、到訪次數5次 (含) 以上、停留時間23分鐘至64分鐘、和家人同來以及散步居多數。
    (二) 環境屬性對休閒效益有顯著的正向影響；環境屬性對地方依附有顯著的正向影響；休閒效益對地方依附有顯著的正向影響；休閒效益在環境屬性與地方依附間具有中介效果。
    二、研究建議
    (一) 對管理單位的建議：持續自然環境塑造與維護，維持使用者對環境屬性的滿意度；舉辦各種表演與活動，提高休閒效益；廁所指標要更清楚，滿足使用者對環境需求。
    (二) 對在地居民的建議：成立社區營造組織，主動參與環境維護、擔任環保生態志工，營造康橋水岸公園文化特色。

    A Study on the relationships among Setting Attributes, Leisure Benefits and Place Attachment of Hanxi Kangqiao Waterfront Park Users in Taichung City
    Abstract
    The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among setting attributes, leisure benefits and place attachment of Hanxi Kangqiao waterfront park users in Taichung City. Self-designed questionnaire for convenient sampling survey, 250 questionnaires were distributed and 234 valid questionnaires were actually collected. The data were analyzed by statistical methods, such as project analysis, reliability , validity analysis, descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA and path analysis. The results were as follows:
    1.Analysis conclusion：
    (1)Most of the Hanxi Kangqiao waterfront park users were female, aged 45 to 60, married with children, civil servants and teachers, lived in Taili District, Taichung City, college graduate, visiting above 5 times (inclusive) , duration 23 minutes to 64 minutes, accompanied with family members and taking a walk for purpose.
    (2) The setting attributes has a significant positive impact on the leisure benefits. The setting attributes has a significant positive impact on the place attachment. The leisure benefits has a significant positive impact on the place attachment. The leisure benefits is mediated by the setting attributes and the place attachment.
    2. Research Advice：
    (1)Recommendations to the management agency: Keep maintaining the natural environment in order to maintain user’s satisfaction with setting attributes. Hold a variety of performances and activities to improve leisure benefits. Make toilet sign boards clearer to meet user needs.
    (2)Recommendations to the residents in the area: Establish a community-building organization, actively participate in environmental maintenance, be an eco-friendly volunteer, and create the cultural characteristics of Kangqiao waterfront park.
