    摘要: 臺灣到院前緊急救護系統主要係由消防分隊來做第一線處置,有關緊急救護處置的事前準備及現場處置方式是否順利,是緊急救護案件成敗之關鍵,本文將研討消防分隊對於出勤緊急救護非創傷案件之影響因子加以研究分析。本研究旨在瞭解消防機關出勤緊急救護與時間因子及空氣污染因子對於非創傷救護案件之影響。
    本研究係以臺中市政府消防局某消防分隊105年度緊急救護出勤案件統計,出勤次數共達3,033次,其中因非創傷案件1,131次,占37.29%。並以時間因子和空氣污染因子作為交叉比較,依據以上各類因子做研究是否影響緊急救護非創傷出勤案件之發生。
    統計資料以SPSS統計軟體進行分析,得到以下的結論:時間因子與空氣污染因子的交互影響與緊急救護非創傷案件出勤率有顯著差異性,並提出四項建議:一、任務派遣方面 二、訓練及裝備器材方面 三、轄區特性方面 四、民眾預防方面提出相關建議,期望可作為消防機關、醫護人員、民眾的參考依據。
    The first line processing in the emergency ambulance system before arriving the hospital in Taiwan mainly relies on the fire brigade. The preparedness of emergency ambulance processing and the smooth of disposal on-site is the key to the success or failure in emergency ambulance case. This article will discuss and analyze the impact factors for the fire brigade attending emergency ambulance of non-invasive cases . The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of time factor and air pollution factor on the fire brigade attending emergency ambulance at non-trauma ambulance cases.

    This study was based on the statistics of emergency ambulance attendance cases by a fire brigade detachment in Taichung City in 2016. The number of attendance were 3,033 times, of the 1,131 times were non-traumatic cases and accounted for 37.29%. Using the time factor and air pollution factor to make a cross comparison and according with the factors to do the research whether that have effects on emergency ambulance at non-trauma attendance cases or not.

    The Statistical data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software . The conclusions as follows: the interaction between time factor and air pollution factor has significant differences with the attendance rate of non- traumatic cases, and puts Put forward four suggestions: First, the task dispatching aspects Second, training and equipment aspects Third, area characteristics Fourth, the public made recommendations for prevention, expectations can be used as a fire engine, health care workers, the public reference.
