Abstract: | 本研究主要是在探討臺中市外勤消防人員的工作壓力、工作滿意度及退休態度之間的關係,不同背景的消防人員對於工作壓力的感受程度,是否影響其對工作的滿意度,並探討工作壓力與退休的態度是否有相關。
本研究以問卷方式進行量化統計,僅針對臺中市政府消防局外勤消防人員做調查,有效問卷總共200份,經由 SPSS 統計處理,分析討論,研究結果發現如下:
1.不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、學歷、擔任職務、服務年資及平均月收入的消防員對工作壓力無顯著差異。
2.不同學歷、平均月收入在工作滿意度上有顯著差異,不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資、擔任職務在工作滿意度上無顯著差異。
3.不同學歷在退休態度上有顯著的差別,不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資、擔任職務及月平均收入在退休態度上無顯著差異。
4.消防人員的退休態度與工作壓力有關連性。
5.消防人員的工作壓力與工作滿意度有關連性。
依據研究發現與結果提出相關建議及策進作為以供消防機關及未來研究相關議題的人員做為改善參考。

The purpose of this study aims to explore the correlation between work pressure, job satisfaction, and retirement attitude for fieldwork firefighters of Fire Bureau of Taichung City Government. By analyzing how fieldwork firefighters from various backgrounds deal with work pressure, this study investigates the impact of work pressure on job satisfaction, and retirement attitude. By adopting SPSS statistical analysis, and discussion-analysis on 200 effective copies of questionnaires filled by fieldwork firefighters of the Fire Bureau of Taichung City Government, the following results are discovered.
1.Fieldwork firefighters with different sex, ages, marital statuses, educational backgrounds, work positions, years of service, and average monthly income have no significant differences in the aspect of work pressure.
2.Fieldwork firefighters with different educational backgrounds, and average monthly income have significant differences in the aspect of job satisfaction. There are no significant differences on job satisfaction between fieldwork firefighters with different sex, ages, marital statuses, years of service, and work positions.
3.Fieldwork firefighters with different educational backgrounds have a significant difference in the aspect of retirement attitude. There are no significant differences on retirement attitude between fieldwork firefighters with different sex, ages, marital statuses, years of service, work positions, and average monthly income.
4.There is a correlation between retirement attitude, and work pressure for fieldwork firefighters.
5.There is a correlation between work pressure, and job satisfaction for fieldwork firefighters.
Related propositions are developed according to the findings of this study as references for government authorities, and future researchers.
