Abstract: | 隨著社會進步,生活品質提升,工作之餘人們更加重視心靈方面是否滿足與幸福感的程度,影響幸福感的最大因素就是壓力,而消防人員的工作就是一種長期處於高壓力之下。獨特的職場特性深刻影響消防人員幸福感的程度,因此探討職場特性與工作壓力如何影響消防人員在身心方面的發展是值得探討的議題。由於消防工作內容具有多樣化以及複雜型態任務,需要高度專注與投入,故本研究探討消防人員的工作壓力、職場特性、休閒活動參與對幸福感之影響,藉此了解台灣消防人員的幸福感情形與影響其之重要因素。

The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of job stress, personality traits and job involvement on Firefighters’ well-being. This study used multi research structures. Its predictable variables included job stress, personality traits and job involvement and the objective variable was well-being.
The subjects in this study mainly included Firefighters’ in Yunlin Yunlin Yunlin Yunlin Yunlin Yunlin Yunlin Couty. The data were collected through questionnaires. Total 299 questionnaires were sent, and 258 copies were retrieved.
