    題名: 菇類太空包中木質纖維素以酸鹼水解轉糖化之差異

    摘要: 本研究以菇類廢棄太空包木質纖維素轉糖化作為爾後生產生質酒精為主題,目的在協助解決台灣每年將近4億7千萬個廢棄太空包被當垃圾丟棄的問題。這研究議題將可解決我國農業廢棄物處理問題,避免自然環境遭受汙染。
    廢棄太空包內容物,含有大量的木質纖維素,以每公斤計約占75 % (w/w)以上,其中也包含很多的雜質及難以水解物質,這些雜質會干擾木質纖維素被水解糖化反應,所以利用化學、物理法等,採直接或交叉方法進行,探討菇類太空包在不同濃度的稀酸、強酸及鹼性溶液下水解的條件,並輔以直接加熱水浴及高溫高壓滅菌等方法,而得到有利水解木質纖維素條件。
    將菇類太空包進行成分分析,得知菇類太空包粗纖維含量為57.32 %,接著對菇類太空包進行木質纖維素分析得知纖維素、半纖維素及木質素含量分別為15.04 %、14.19 %及77.78 %。利用酸鹼預處理,輔以水浴加熱及高溫高壓處理,將菇類太空包裡的木質纖維素水解,得知以1 N H2SO4稀酸進行水解3次所測得的總還原糖量75.05 mg/g為最高,糖化率則為12.79 %。
    The aim of this project was to develop bioethanol from lignocellulose saccharification, which solves the problem of waste mushroom logs of 470 million packages that are discarded as rubbish every year in Taiwan. It is advantageous for dealing with the petroleum crisis and the agricultural waste problem, to find an appropriate alternative energy or green energy in currently Taiwan trend.
    The waste mushroom bags have been found to contain a large amount of lignocellulose that exceeds more than 75 mass % for per kilogram, but it is difficult to convert into sugar from the lignocellulose of waste mushroom bags, which contain many impurities. Thus, the impurities interfere with saccharification reaction. Therefore, the methods of chemical and physical for hydrolyzing of lignocellulose for converting to sugar were compared, with the goal of finding the suitable methods for the saccharification reaction of the lignocellulose in this study.
    Meanwhile, this study was conducted the containment of waste mushroom bags’ composition analysis, and then to acquire the crude fiber content of 57.32 mass%. The results of lignocellulose analysis contain the cellulose, hemicellulos, and lignin were 15.04, 14.19, and 77.78 mass%, respectively. In addition, the lignocellulose was pretreated by acid-base hydrolysis under the high temperature of water-bath and the high pressure. Therefore, the content of total sugar (75.05 mg/g) was measured by hydrolysis with 1 N H2SO4 for 3 times, which was obtained the highest rate is 12.79 mass%.
