Abstract: | 本研究主要目的是在探討臺中市外勤消防人員的工作壓力、休閒參與及飲食生活型態之間的關係,了解到不同背景的外勤消防人員對於休閒參與及飲食生活型態有不同的影響及差異性,再進一步的了解從合適的休閒活動及日常飲食可以有效調適工作壓力,進而對職場工作能有效的幫助。
本研究以便利取樣方式進行問卷調查,整理後得到有效問卷共計250份。
研究結果發現:1.不同性別、婚姻狀況、教育程度、子女人數、服務年資及平均月休閒花費的消防員對休閒參與有顯著差異。2.不同教育程度及子女人數的消防員對工作壓力有顯著差異。3.不同性別、婚姻狀況、子女人數、服務年資、擔任職務及平均月飲食花費的消防員對飲食生活型態有顯著差異。4.消防人員工作壓力對於休閒參與中的社交活動類有顯著正相關。5.消防工人員作壓力對於飲食生活型態中的工作耽誤用餐、吃早餐頻率、喝啤酒頻率及工作壓力或忙碌導致增加飲食有顯著正相關。並且依據研究結果提出相關建議以供政府機關及後續研究人員參考。

The purpose of this study aims to explore the correlation between work pressure, leisure participation, and diet habit for fieldwork firefighters of Fire Bureau of Taichung City Government. By analyzing different levels of leisure participation, and diet habit for fieldwork firefighters with different backgrounds, this study investigates the impact of leisure participation, and diet habit on work pressure. With 250 effective copies of questionnaires through convenience sampling method, the following results are discovered.
1. Fieldwork firefighters with different sex, marital status, educational backgrounds, number of children, years of service, and average monthly expenditure on leisure activities have a significant difference in the aspect of leisure participation.
2. Fieldwork firefighters with different educational backgrounds, and number of children have a significant difference in the aspect of work pressure.
3. Fieldwork firefighters with different sex, marital status, number of children, years of service, work positions, and average monthly expenditure on leisure activities have a significant difference in the aspect of diet habit.
4. There is a significant positive correlation between work pressure, and social activity category of leisure participation for fieldwork firefighters.
5. There is a significant positive correlation between work pressure, and delayed meal time, breakfast consumption frequency, beer consumption frequency, increased food intake as a result of work for fieldwork firefighters.
Related propositions are developed according to the findings of this study as references for government authorities, and future researchers.
