    Title: 防火安全宣導資訊之探討 -以105年臺中市政府消防局石岡分隊為例

    Abstract: 為了使消防人員與民眾能方便透過電腦或手機查詢防火宣導相關資訊,本研究建立了一個防火宣導資訊系統,透過用火用電習慣、瓦斯燃氣熱水器使用安全、家庭避難逃生動線、以及防災意識上分別依區域、建築物、樓層、宣導類別、宣導細項、住民、里等相關資訊,一方面提供消防人員在規劃宣導、實施防火宣導時有所依據,另一方面也讓民眾能透過系統獲得資訊,來改善居家環境及防災意識,期望能夠降低火災發生機率。本研究以臺中市石岡區轄內二百戶民宅作為研究的樣本,獲得的結論可依建築物、宣導類別、樓層、宣導細項、里別等查詢統計資料,以便消防同仁及住民參考。最後,本研究分別對消防單位及民眾和未來研究提出建議。

    In order to make the firefighters and the public enable to inquire about the information about fire prevention through computers or mobile phones, this study has established a fire prevention information system through the use of fire habits, gas water heater safety, and family escape line; and disaster awareness is classified respectively according to the region, buildings, floors, advocacy categories, publicity details, residents, and other relevant information. On the one hand, in planning advocacy and implementation of fire protection it provides firefighters with basis, and on the other hand, it enables people to access information through the system to improve the home environment and disaster prevention awareness, hoping to reduce the probability of fire.
    In this study, two hundred houses in Shiqiu District, Taichung City, were used as a sample of the study, the conclusions can be based on buildings, advocacy categories, floors, publicity items, and other inquiries statistics, as reference for fire colleagues and residents. Finally, this study makes recommendations for fire units and people and future studies.
