Abstract: | 本研究是以台灣茶產業發展史為基礎,針對茶產業現況與未來,進行產業的探討分析。
包括茶產業特有特性、茶產業的沿革、茶產業的現況包含茶產值的規模、產銷的結構、產品的分類、國際市場的變化。而最主要探討議題是茶產業鏈上、中下游的供應鏈架構分析,探討茶產業供應鏈的關鍵服務要項,並以茶葉生產履歷為例。本研究從茶產業供應鏈觀點出發,探討商業營運的模式,並進行國際茶產業發展趨勢、上、下游產業鏈和目前資訊技術的應用趨勢分析,來瞭解目前經營的主要強項及需求。同時也進行商業營運模式的分析、包括商流、物流、金流與資訊流與成本結構的分析,介紹產業界的經營策略、營運知識和成功的經驗。透過對茶產業營運模式的分析,研究出茶產業之關鍵績效指標 (KPI),並作為評估業者績效的根據。進而對茶產業提出產業升級建議與策略,其中包含推動特有台灣茶葉的品牌、茶葉商品的標準化、創新開發多元化茶品、擴展茶產業的國際市場。
This study is aimed at analysing tea industry in the aspects of current situations and future prospects based on the development history of tea manufacturing. Different factors in the industry are taken into consideration, which are the unique features, scale of the output, the market structure, the positioning, changes in demand and supply in global market. Above all, the assessment of major products provided by analysing the relations between upstream and downstream companies is reckoned as the greatest issue to be concerned. Traceability system of tea for sample. This study probes into the operation model from supply-side perspective. Furthermore, the development trend of the tea industry, the supply chains and the application of nformation technology are elaborated for better understanding of the processes that are considered valuable and demanded under current operation. On top of that, the
analysis of business operation model is conducted including logistics, usiness flow, money flow and the flow of information. Under this research, different categories of costs is compiled as well as the introduction of the marketing strategies in use that are proven to be successful. By the analysis aforementioned, it is believed the key performance indicator of tea industry as a whole can be calculated which not only is able to be recognised as a assessment for business to look into their operations, but also a foundation for potential suggestions and strategies for reform and upgrade, including promoting Taiwan tea brands, standardisation of the products, development with diversity and expansion of the industry. |
