    Abstract: In the past, health had defined as being a state of the absence of disease or infirmity. How to achieving and maintaining health? This question attracted worldwide attention. The most important part in Institute of Preventive Medicine is Health Examination, so we can use it to find some diseases fast and cure it. Because we need pay a lot of money to cure and control diseases, such like cancer or chronic diseases .Therefore we have to use Health Examination to discover diseases fast and the program will make diseases happen to go down and save money for medical payment and social cost. Therefore people like medical leisure industry who make Leisure Tourism and Health Examination together. In our study , we want know citizen who want attend in medical tourism and effect by you have to pay health examination, hospital good or bad and more fun or not, and also we want discussion health examination and medical tourism impact on the health of the leisure industry.
    We start used questionnaire in our study in January 26, 2010 until March 05, 2010. After that, we got 238 responses, but we only got 212 collected responses, effective response rate of about 89.17%. The results showed that health examination come to the respondents to have heard of medical tourism, but did not participate in medical tourism. Health checks more involvement of the respondents wish to participate in medical tourism will mainly moderate. Respondents with low involvement will lead to a low level of the main part in the leisure needs of the different recreational needs of respondents in medical tourism will have a significant difference. Leisure needs of the high degree of willingness of respondents to participate in medical tourism will mainly moderate; respondents may lead to low demand will mainly low.
