    摘要: . A robust adaptive design motivated from two stages, Random-Local-Search (RLS) off-line stage and
    Fuzzy Wave-like Controller (FWC) on-line stage, is proposed to solve the unknown system parameters problem
    of the nonlinear control system by using an artificial intelligence modeling based method. First, an unknown
    nonlinear Continuous-Time (CT) system with delay, uncertainty and disturbance is identified by two-stage
    procedure which guarantees the Discrete-Time (DT) adaptive parameters to be converged globally in this paper.
    Next, the neural-plant-based, adaptive, DT, recursive and feedforward FWC is proposed to improve transient
    control performance of this CT system. Then, it provides the new DT-CT theories to guarantee the uniformly
    ultimately bounded (UUB) stability and stabilization of this kind of unknown DT-CT system with delay,
    uncertainty and disturbance. Finally, the work of comparing the proposed method and its results with others
    reported in literature is done.
