    Abstract: Because of the financial issues have been taken seriously, there have been many researches discussing about the issues of financial management no matter in foreign countries or in domestic area. Such as, the researches in financial litercy, the researches in financial behavior, and so on. Besides, most of the researches focuse on the financial litercy of general university students, teachers and many other groups. However, there are few studies discussing about about the financial litercy of the students of the Central Police University. Therefore, this research object focuses on the students of the Central Police University (CPA).
    Unlike the general university students, the students of the Central Police University can get the sponsorship from the government. Including the costs of clothing, food, books, insurance, tuition, internship, and living allowances. So compared to the general university students, the students of Central Police University have a fixed income every month. Therefore, they should learn how to manage their money well and make good financial planning.
    The purpose of this research is to survey if the money attitude and financial litercy of the students of Central Police University will have a significant impact on their financial behavior. In this research, the empirical method was used to study the four-year college students of Central Police University. After using the questionnaire survey and collecting the data, the data were analyzed by statistical software to verify whether the research hypothesis established by this study was significant supported. The results of the statistical analysis show that the money attitude of the Central Police University students has no significantly affected their financial behavior, however the financial literacy has made a significant impact on its financial behavior.
