Abstract: Through the disaster rescue information system, the fire rescue personnel can inquire disaster dispatch time, attendance disaster relief vehicles, disaster sites, building structure, disaster floor, fire safety equipment, rescue equipment, disaster rescue methods, life-saving conditions and other relevant information. The system can provide the basis for the initial rescue of firefighters to determine the type of disaster sites, and whether a large number of evacuated vulnerable personnel must quickly take refuge or evacuation measures, and enable the commander to use the appropriate rescue equipment and life-saving conditions so to effectively avoid casualties, and judge whether the fire safety equipment provided by the disaster site can function effectively, whether there is a large number of flammable items in the place, the place structure and the floor, the disaster situation, the dispatching related disaster relief personnel, the vehicles and the relevant public institutions, which can immediately provide firefighters with rescue information to take measures to reduce the disaster expansion. In this study, we plan to construct more than 200 pieces of disaster rescue cases in 104 ~ 105 years in Taichung area. Get the following conclusions:
(1)According to the disaster structure, reinforced concrete constructions have the highest incidence of disasters because of insufficient air supply
(2)According to the disaster sites and types, general residential areas have the highest rate of fire, so the households still need to cooperate with the propagandist to strengthen fire prevention and encourage the installation of residential alarm.
    (3) According to the dispatch period and the rescue method, the maximum number of dispatches happen from 14 to 16. During this period of disaster sites, general residential areas have the highest incidence rate.
