    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the differences in physical fitness performance between the fourth grade and fifth grade students in planning the daily jogging activities. In Taiwan, only the concept of reading high and literalism seriously affect the students' normal life and rest. In view of this, the Ministry of Education began to promote all kinds of sports programs and physical fitness test, and expect that our students in reading still maintain sports habits and good physical fitness. In line with the Ministry of Education's policy and also for the physical and mental health of students, therefore, the detection of students basic physical items are based on the detection of the Republic of China and the Chinese People's Republic of China fitness passport (national) test items announced by the Ministry of Education (1997), including five Items: Body mass index (BMI), sitting position before the bend, one minute knees sit-ups, standing long jump and 800 meters running. This study proposes a quick, convenient and clear physical fitness test management system, which will store all kinds of complicated data, forms and pictures in the database.
