    Abstract: Many shortcomings in the management of current school property and goods, and a lot of inconveniences in the implementation of the "Property Management System of County and City" by the government authorities result in the heavy administrative responsibility of the school property management personnel. In order to meet the needs of government personnel reduction and various types of property and goods, and to promote the improvement of school administration efficiency, by the vigorous development of science and technology to reform the administrative methods of public servants, it expects to reach the goal of electronic government convenience.
    This research is based on the county (city) property management system combined with the network cloud computing technology and the application of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 to achieve the school property custody for related personnel to inquire anytime and anywhere, increase property management system transparency and enhance its ease of operation so that the school property management staff can use a variety of connected Internet tools to keep abreast of their own custody of public property and articles of the status quo, share information sharing, and enhance the school administrative efficiency.
