The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among job demands (workload and work concentration), perceived supervisor support and job burnout as well as to examine the moderating effect of perceived supervisor support on all the main effects. The study collected data from 195 operators of machinery industry in Taiwan. A total of participants returned valid responses making the valid response rate 90.7%.The results revealed that perceived supervisor support had negative effect on job burnout and work concentration had positive effect on emotional exhaustion.
