    Abstract: In the past, we used to mention about the knowledge economy and how it runs or effects on a company, but it probably has been way behind these days. We all now live in a new age, thus we might take more concerning about how to USE or manage knowledge more than just knowing them.

    In this research, we take one steel company called Hwua-Yii of the architecture industries as a main study object. By using interview method and analyzing second-hand information, we have some results in this research:

    1. Knowing the knowledge map, the strategy and the application mode of knowledge management of architecture industry.
    2. Knowledge management could strengthen their competitive ability of internal employees in Huwa-Yii company.
    3. Helping Huwa-Yii to upgrade the abilities on technique, product, and service.
    4. Providing a reference about knowledge management for other companies of architecture industry.
